Bond International Software announced yesterday that their recruitment solutions would be moving into the mobile application market, announcing the launch of a series of dedicated iDesking applications for the iPhone and iPad that can be tailored to a recruiter’s specific needs.
Bond International Software specialise in creating software and support for the global staffing industry. Their recruitment software, Bond Adapt is used by more than 90% of the world’s leading recruitment agencies.
The applications will increase functionality and productivity for recruiters. They will be able to use the applications to support their internal systems; giving them the ability to update vacancies, access profiles and perform candidate searches. The applications will also have a valuable purpose client-side, as recruiters can show a client-facing application within meetings, enabling the client to view candidates and give feedback for the recruiter to then instantly amend their candidate list to the requirements of the client.
Tim Richards, MD of Bond International Software (UK) commented in their press release: “The ability to cut out swathes of time by addressing a client’s needs immediately in a meeting not only showcases the recruiter directly in front of the client, but also has tangible effects on the recruiter’s speed of delivery.”
