Adam Lewis, one of the faces behind London’s Innovate CV, blogs about digital technology for recruitment agencies. His view: “technology is producing seismic shifts in terms of how candidates and clients interface with the recruitment industry and it is critical for the recruitment sector to become proactive.” is certainly something that we at AllTheTopBananas believe in, in terms of the rise of Mobile and the importance of Mobile Recruiting.

Thanks for referring to our post, Dave.
We’ve met several people in the industry brush off (or vocally decry) recent technology trends. Call it stubborness, fear of change, or ignorance. But one thing you can’t call it is smart.
Yes, there remain question mark areas – but to jump ship because of a few challenges? Strange.
So our hat is off to you for your remarkable ability to turn technology into business opportunity in our sector, regardless of what the nay-sayers throw at you! Keep it up!

Adam,
You make me blush!
The CV is OLD, it has not changed for quite sometime. I am very keen to see new online based CV services / profiles drive the candidate and the recruiter into the digital era for real. Currently we seem to have managed a half way house.
Great work – we must chat about mobile CV soon.
